 I am a qualified nutrition coach, qualified, insured and experienced in writing personalised nutrition plans to suit your individual body recomposition goals, such as reduction in body fat or increasing muscle mass. 

 

Adequate, correct nutrition is crucial to maximise your results from training. Whatever your goal, training alone, without proper consideration to your diet will mean results are limited. 

 

Good nutrition is about finding a nutirion plan that works in the long term for you, which is personalised, varied and balanced and one that you can stick to.  It should teach you about the correct food to fuel your body at different times of the day and for different circumstances, giving you the tools to enable you to reach your goals without feeling hungry, restricted or isolated from others at meal times and without having to resort to short term unsustainable 'quick fixes'.

General diet 'Do's & Don'ts

 

  • Avoid diets that are restrictive or tell you you MUST NOT eat certain foods (unless you have a true intolerance or allergy).  Eating well and good nutrition should be a way of life and a lifestyle change, not a short term fad.  In order for your ‘diet’ to work in the LONG TERM it should be realistic, manageable & sustainable for YOU! What works for one person may not work for another.

 

  • Certainly do NOT buy into tablets, shakes, powders or other supplements which claim to be able to burn fat and make you lose weight, they won’t, & while we’re at it, you don’t need a detox or cleanse either, that’s what your liver and kidneys are for!

 

  • Depending on your goals, sacrifices WILL have to be made and it will be hard work, but with the correct plan for you, appropriate help & guidance it can be achieved.

Fed up with faddy unsustainable 'quick fixes', yo yo diets or expensive pills and shakes? These will work but will ultimately lead to weight gain.

 

Fed up with working hard at the gym a couple of times a week and not seeing results?

 

My individualised, personalised nutrition packages could be the answer you are looking for.

 

These can be done face to face in person, or via online video consultation or even via phone/email.

 

These packages use a flexibile approach to nutrition without excluding food groups whilst still promoting a balanced and varied diet.

 

The nutrition packages are not a quick easy fix, they take hard work and commitment and are designed to be long term but are as flexible as possible and to change with your changing requirements over time. they can be tailored to your individual needs, restrictions and lifestyle.

 

Package 1 consists of:

 

  • An initial consultation including discussion of goals/expectations and food diary / current nutrition analysis & dieting history

 

  • A personalised nutrition plan which depends on the individuals activity levels, lean body mass etc,  but consists of total daily calorie intake, macronutrient breakdown as well as (not in all cases) timing of nutrition intake.  Depending on the person, the plans may include techniques such as carb cycling, calorie cycling.

 

  • A 10 min weekly check in/consultation/ examination of food diary via email or in person

 

  • Monthly reassessments including re-measurements and adjusting the plan as required

 

  • £34.99/month for existing PT/kettlebell clients, £47.99/month for non-clients 

 

Package 2:

 

  • As above, but also includes fortnightly 20-30min consultation and re-measurements and adjustment of the plan

 

  • £39.99/month for existing clients, £54.99/month for non-clients
