PERSONAL TRAINING
I understand that our busy lifestyles means commiting to a regular exercise class can be hard & that slogging away in a gym doing the same routine over and over again can be demorailising, ineffective & boring. My one-one personal training sessions are personalised, friendly but professional, effective, varied & fun. It's no wonder that although once considered to be an extravegence for the wealthy, more and more people just like ourselves are turning to one-one training sessions to get the desired results at a convenient time & location.
Whatever your age, gender, fitness levels or goal, I can help you achieve your potential. As a runner I understand the importance of sports specific work, so whether you are a runner who wants to improve your run specific strength, pace and technique or a tennis player wanting to improve court speed and muscle endurance & minimise the risk of over-use injuries then contact me to help you get fitter than ever before. I also have experience in helping through work related fitness tests (e.g. the police or jockey multistage fitness tests) and can design specific programmes to allow you to pass quickly and efficiently, allowing you progress with your career.
After a FREE assesment discussing your goals which includes an optional body composition analysis comprising of waist, hip and thigh measurements, BMI and body fat %, I will create a personalised and individual plan to help you reach your goals. Each one-one session is one hour long and uses a combination of resistance exercises, cardiovascular intervals & mobility exercises. Your strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility & confidence WILL improve & you will achieve more than you thought possible. As nutrition and diet is vitally important to fitness and health I can also offer advice and suggestions on how to tweak your nutrition & lifestyle in order to optimise your fitness and results.
Each personal training session is one hour long and can be arranged at a time and location convenient to you in South Norfolk or Norwich, either your home, outdoors or at the gym. See below for more information
AT HOME
Train in the comfort of your own home or garden. The sessions vary depending on your goals and space, but use a combination of bodyweight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT) along with equipment such as boxing gloves/pads, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and TRX style suspension equipment. I have personal training clients in Attleborough, Wymondham, Diss, new Buckenham, Banham, Watton and the surrounding villages.




AT THE GYM
Train at a friendly and spacious gym in South Norfolk or Norwich. Depending on your goal you will use a combination of cardiovascular equipment for HIIT along with resistance machines, free weights and other equipment such as medicine balls and kettlebells. Each session is fun and personalised, meaning you will push yourself harder and have more fun than you ever thought possible in the gym! You do not have to be a member to use the gym when training with me.




I offer flexibility with sessions at a time & location to suit you, with evening, weekend & early morning sessions available.
